From Rome
Take the A1 motorway to Civitavecchia and then continue straight along the S.S. 1 (Aurelia) heading for Grosseto. Take the 1st Montalto di Castro exit and follow the signs to Tuscania. The Agriturismo "Le Spighe" is 500 metres after the turning on the right off the S.S. 312 (Castrense).

What to see...
Vulci: Etruscan and Roman artefacts and digs, including the Castle housing a museum with a spectacular bridge over the River Fiora. Many cultural events are organised in the Park in Spring and Summer.
Tarquinia: Etruscan tombs, museums, “Le Saline” Nature Reserve and the sea.
Tuscania: Mediaeval churches, quaint alleyways, great restaurants and Etruscan sites.
Plus Lake Bolsena (35 km), Viterbo (and its hot springs), Orbetello, Monte Argenatrio and Saturnia. Then there’s Rome just 100 km away (by car or train).
